Binging with Babish: White Castle Order from Harold & Kumar

Preorder the official Binging with Babish Cookbook today!

This week, the challenge lies in both the volume of food and the method by which it’s prepared – 30 sliders whipped up at once, onion-steamed the way White Castle does it. Can I wolf down the entire hyper-stoned order placed by our titular heroes? Of course not, I’m no Matt Stonie, but I’ve got some hungry friends.

About the author

  1. This movie is like a time capsule – remember what it was like back in 2004, when it was this hard to get your hands on…

    …white castle?

  2. “Inebraited” friends. 😉 The only way to appropriately eat an order like that is high af in your sweats and a hoodie.

  3. The reason for the missing pickle chip is not “mysterious”. The pickle is the only ingredient that you can’t freeze and reheat. (Have you ever eaten a hot pickle? I don’t even want to know what that tastes like.)

  4. Am I the only one sick of cheese crisps? They are my least favorite food trend. Give me a slice of gooey, melty cheese; not some crisped up almost burnt cheese.

  5. The buns go on the raw meat (I mean the meat is cooked on the opposite side, but not the top side of the patty when the bun is placed on the top side of the patty)?  That seems like an E. coli disaster waiting to happen.  Am I wrong?

  6. Your intensity to be excellent is amazing. Great job, i want a burger 12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward [is] with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
